Our property management company was formed in 2002 on the Costa del Sol by Heidi and Horst Fernandes-Greschner, based in San Pedro de Alcantara. We are specialised in the area from Marbella to Estepona and take pride in dealing with our clients personally. We intend to keep our client base to a manageable size ensuring that we can always offer a high level of service which our existing clients currently enjoy.
Over the years we have learnt that the requirements of every property owner are different. Whether you and your family come a few times a year or on an ongoing basis, we are here to provide our services. We are a small, hard working, multi lingual team and offer a tailor-made service to suit you and your lifestyle.

Secure Keyholder
We know it is a wondeful asset owning a property in Spain but it can also be a concern at times. Whether you are already an owner or contemplating buying, it is reasuring to know that your investment is cared for. We manage your keys when you are not here. We visit your property as many times as you desire and do addional checks after heavy rain or bad weather conditions. We control entry and access of all tradesmen, deliveries and cleaners.
Repairs and Maintenance
We can arrange and organize all repairs for your property. Should work need to be carried out, estimates will be obtained, prices discussed prior to work commencing. The job will be controlled from start to finish. Our aim is to provide a professional service and to take out the worry of you being absent.
Laundry
We provide customers with a laundry service. Freshly made beds on arrival and laundry taken away on departure are available to you.
Cleaning
We take care of all your cleaning needs to a high standard, ensuring that your property is in perfect condition when you and your family arrive.
Airport Transfers
We provide a door to door airport transfer for you and your familly.
